Job Description:
A major Biotech based in Cambridge have a fantastic Associate Director opportunity for a Qualified Person who wishes to get involved with IMPs.
This is a major manufacturing site for this well known biotech and you will not be the only QP on site so support will always be available.
The company has for the last 5 years grown at a rate of 20% and have still managed to maintain an ethical and innovative reputation as well as a successful business.
The purpose of the role will be to manage QA activities at the manufacturing location to support European, U.S and International clinical trials sponsored by the company.
This is a GMP focused role where the QP will certify batches of IMPs an accordance with EC Directive 2001/20/EC.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Microbiology and hold QP status, experience of IMPS would be beneficial but not essential.
The salary ranges from £50,000 to £70,000 dependant on experience and the role comes with an excellent benefits package which includes a high bonus, life assurance, private medical cover, final salary pension, stock and relocation allowance. This is probably one of the best packages in the business and certainly adds quite a bit to the salary on offer.
