Job Description:

Franklin University has an opening for an individual to provide entry-level employee meeting services support for the University. Duties include coordination of catering; managing food and beverage logistics; set up and breakdown of internal events; organizing, planning and serving University breakfasts.

Applicants must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, Access experience a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record needed, as position will require some travel in company vehicle. Hours may vary between 7 am to 5 pm on Monday and Tuesday. Catering and event planning experience a plus.

The candidate must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Candidates must also have the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
