Job Description: Entrepreneur/business owner seeking the assistance of efficient personal assistants. Work to include various tasks on an as-needed basis, of a technical and business nature, and some personal as well. Advertising/Marketing experience would be a bonus.
Example Technical/Business Tasks:
- Webpage design/Banner Design/Graphic Design
- Web-related technical issue resolution
- Setting up of HTML websites or WordPress sites.
- Web programming for websites (implementation of additional features on websites)
- Content creation (Webpage copy, articles, sales copy, blog posts)
- SEO (link building, keyword research, etc)
- Research; in-depth online research into a broad range of topics; creation of research outlines, and item/vendor comparison (business or personal nature)
- Email marketing (familiar with auto-responders, opt-in forms)
- Data cleaning, migration, conversion, collection
… and more as time goes on. Your fee structure must be on an as-needed basis (hourly or per-task rate).
Individuals must have the support of a team, rather than work alone. Immediate response to required tasks is considered essential. Any delay in response or missed delivery will be considered unacceptable and no further work will be considered.
Must be well-versed in English language for composing emails/letters and making phone calls to US-based businesses/individuals. Selected vendor will be asked for a brief phone call (via Skype) to discuss the position.
Competitive hourly rate is essential, as well as experience working with similar employers/solo-entrepreneurs.
