Job Description:
We are currently seeking telecommute capable recruiting professionals for a part time and flex schedule position. We offer an exceptional opportunity for the right individual that is seeking to maximize their personal earnings, work a flex schedule (which they control and set) all while working mostly from home. Earnings potential varies but can easily exceed industry average for full or part time positions.
Key capabilities are resourceful, conscientious, computer proficient, recruiting experience with exposure to general accounting background and knowledge and experience with accounting, bookkeeping and HR positions.
Other requirements:
* Appropriate recruiting experience or aptitude
* Able to effectively interact with prospective hires via phone
* Self motivated and ability to work independently
* Capable of setting and maintaining own work schedule
* Must have high speed internet access from home
Compensation and Benefits:
