Job Description:
20-20 Audit Training (20-20) is looking for classroom instructors for multi-day core audit skills training programs. Instructors travel across the U.S. to deliver pre-designed and custom training programs to local, regional, super-regional, and national CPA firms. Classes include intern and new hire training programs through Manager level programs and are designed to be highly interactive and engaging. Programs include many activities, exercises, simulations, and case studies to engage the learner and to provide practice applying the content. Professionals also have the opportunity to work in teams to create and improve instructional and course material.
20-20 seeks CPA’s with direct external audit experience and group-live (classroom) training experience to deliver its programs. Most successful candidates are those who desire to leverage their public accounting experience in combination with their natural inclination towards and passion for the teaching, coaching, and instructing facet of the profession.
20-20 Audit Training offers work at home opportunities and extremely flexible employment or contract roles. 20-20 Audit Training works with firms located around the country, so candidates can live anywhere in the U.S. convenient to an airport.
Qualifications:
* CPA with five + years with national or large regional public accounting firm
* Recent audit and training experience
* Passion for teaching; engaging personality
* Ethical
* Curious, positive and fun
* Willing to travel
