The ideal candidate:
* Has several years experience in technical customer support,
* Enjoys the telephone interaction with customers,
* Enjoys selling our service to businesses calling in to inquire,
* Enjoys troubleshooting and solving telephony or PC issues,
* Possesses excellent communication skills, and
* Has the discipline to work from home
* Northern California home location preferred
