Job Description:
We are currently looking for a young, energetic and computer savvy individual to assist in various areas of our company including but not limited to administrative duties, marketing assistance and sales. The position starts as a part time, work-from-home position (20-24 hours/week) with some onsite time in Dunwoody required; this is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Your pay and hours can increase based on your performance.
Required Skills
* Proficiency and confidence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, GoToMeeting/Webinar, Constant Contact (or similar), Twitter, Active Rain, Facebook
* Ability to use the internet to research and find information quickly
* Comfortable making initial sales calls and closing phone sales
* Quick thinker who is not afraid to make customer service decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and not afraid to tackle new tasks and solve problems
* Detail oriented and highly organized
* Capacity to juggle multiple requests, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
* Professional appearance and cheerful, outgoing personality
* Good with time management.
* Persuasive and good at negotiation
* High stress tolerance and ability to handle work pressure

Duties
* Responsible for daily monitoring and responding to incoming email inquiries
* Perform organizational tasks and electronic document/file management as needed
* Organize, maintain multiple mailing lists, assisting with bulk email marketing & newsletter campaigns
* Initiate sales calls to potential partner organizations; present our services
* Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, webinars and travel arrangements
* Answer incoming phone inquiries, provide customer service, solicit registrations
* Blogging, social marketing
* Customer service and follow-through, solicitation of testimonials
Location: Work from Home with 2-4 hours/ week in Dunwoody
