Job Description:
FingerPaint Marketing is a fully integrated marketing and advertising agency, offering consumer and business-to-business communications solutions. Suits and bureaucracy are out. Smocks and pure creativity are in.
We\’re looking for a Code Ninja who must:
* Have some solid experience: 3-5+ agency/full-time freelance is a must. We play hard here.
* Be able to code some mean HTML5/CSS. The kind of code that makes your mother proud, if she knew what cross-browser compatibility meant.
* Be able to bend jQuery/JS to your will.
* Know the ins-and-outs of Photoshop and/or Fireworks. If you have to stop and ask directions for the Layer Comps, do not pass Go, do not collect $200. Some design experience is highly preferred.
* Have experience creating and working with sitemaps, wireframes, UX flowcharts and all manners of Information Architecture. Planning is half the battle.
* Well versed in Google Analytics implementation and configuration.
* Have some experience working with a CMS, preferably ExpressionEngine.
* Be creative. Developers need to be creative, whether trying find an innovative solution for a difficult problem, or finding a way to manage 6 projects at once.
* Have a working knowledge of PHP. Work with outputs, maybe debug a small bug or two. Nothing sophisticated needed, but every bit helps.
* Have experience managing LAMP web servers (We\’re on Media Temple).
* Be willing to work in Saratoga Springs, NY. If you’ve been here you know there\’s no need to twist your arm — it\’s beautiful.
