Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst will provide and advise on solutions that enable the company to fully take advantage of its business systems by, where required, helping manage the planning, requirements gathering, development, implementation and quality assurance of projects across Business Systems.
Responsibilities include:
Requirements analysis – Identify, develop, test and implement new technologies to improve service and enhance value for our customers and stakeholders
Identify software gaps to business functionality requirements and provide recommendations for resolution
Develop and refine existing and proposed process analysis and documentation
Participate in the process of defining client requirements and documenting associated application functional requirements for special projects
Gather business integration analysis and work with other members of the business systems project teams to ensure the business solutions are successfully integrated into the environment
Audit and monitor solution designs to insure that standard solution design supports the application of industry-accepted best business practices.
The individual would have to have a technical background as well as a Business background as well.
