Job Description:

A leading marketing company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Appropriate candidates will be able to create online and print collateral in support of the company brand. Projects may include printed branding collateral, brochures, posters, trade show materials as well as online graphics such as website banners, marketing emails and web pages. THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FREELANCE WORK.

We’re looking for self-starters that thrive on challenge and have the ability to successfully multi-task. In addition to being technically savvy and highly organized, candidates must be able to take direction and work in a team setting. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, therefore appropriate candidates will possess the communication and time management skills to meet those demands.

Qualified candidates must submit a resume (including GPA), online portfolio and 2 references.

Responsibilities:

· Image research and optimization

· Adapting existing designs for new projects

· Assisting creative team with various projects including email and web page designs, print ads, posters, collateral, etc.

· There will also be an opportunity to create original designs

Required Skills:

· Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Flash

· Illustration skills are a plus

· Flash skills are a plus

· Typography

· Knowledge of HTML

· Experience with online marketing and technology including SEO and web metrics a plus
