Job Description:
Weekly magazine based in NJ seeks aspiring graphic artist to provide critical assistance to its design team. Will be responsible for page layout, pre-press work, image preparation and various scheduling and support tasks. Environment is fast-paced and highly creative, with significant opportunity for advancement. Candidate must have a confident command of InDesign as well as a functional knowledge of Photoshop. Approx. 16 – 20 hours per week, $25/hour and up, commensurate with ability. Schedule is flexible, but must include some afternoons.
