Corporate flex means that the company offering the position has a standard work/life flexibility programme in place that it extends to all it’s employees. Medium flex could be a 50/50 split between home and an office or on the road. High flex may require you to meet with clients on occasion. Total flex means you work your own hours as long as the job or freelance project is done.
