The Team

Helen Stirling -
co-founder
helen@hiremyparents.com

After living in Australia and Japan for 5 years Helen returned to her native UK and worked in the telecoms industry for 8 frantic years until the birth of her first daughter. She then returned to work until her second daughter was born at which point she wanted to make a change in her working life.

Searching the internet for flexible jobs she eventually asked every entrepreneur’s question ‘there’s got to be an easier way than this’ – and hiremyparents was born.

Steve Pritchard -
co-founder
steve@hiremyparents.com

Steve spent his 2o’s as a commercial diver galloping around the globe and not taking things too seriously until the birth of his daughter and the blunt smack of reality. He was lucky enough to get in on the ground floor of internet marketing and has now helped to launch several internet-based businesses. He writes on our blog and you can follow his ponderings on twitter.

Sammi (Sammi) Mescu –
Research – Press & Media
sammi@hiremyparents.com

Having worked with Steve on several projects Sammi was more than happy to become a member of the team with the imminent arrival of her first child. ‘What Sammi can’t find ain’t worth knowing’ and if you’re after job opportunities in something specific or outside of our normal parameters let her know.

Jill Holder –
Research – Admin
jill@hiremyparents.com

Jill has worked in recruitment most of her adult life and was happy, and rather confused, when asked to work with us – ‘I can stay at home?’ – she’s the core of our customer care and loves to deal with agencies that want to share our particular client base.

Ed Lyons –
Webmaster – Bug Fixer
edthegeek@hiremyparents.com

Ed has been irreplaceable during the launch of hmp but now we’re thinking of getting rid of him.
