We had one goal in mind when we launched hmp: To get your life flexible!
To get you the time to enjoy life but also the income to support it.
Since then we’ve grown. We’ve had whole sections of society joining us who want a flexible income: parents, home carers, students, grandparents, those with disabilities, even corporate die-hards that have just had enough.
As we increased in size we were given more and more feedback on what our members wanted, what they needed to make their work at home dreams a reality – time but money too.

We’ve tried to make hmp a place where you can find the perfect flexible job or build a home business income while still being able to pay the bills – and I think we’ve done it.

hmp is FREE! We just want 2 minutes of your time.
hmp is financed by businesses paying to post their flexible jobs on our board, by sponsors of the Supporting Parents In Business (SPIB) campaign and via quick big-brand surveys completed by our members. When users first log in to their accounts they need to complete a very quick questionnaire before getting full access to our resources. Big business then pays us for your opinion which pays for hmp. In this way our members get access to our resources for free and brand-name businesses get the bill
